Explore what we offer
Request a Free 30-Minute Consultation
The free 30-minute consultation is an informal, no-obligation conversation designed to help determine whether working together is the right fit. This session offers space to briefly discuss your concerns, ask questions about care, and learn more about our weight-inclusive, eating-disorder–informed approach. Clinical assessment, nutrition planning, and treatment recommendations are not provided during this call.
Initial Assessment
The initial appointment is a 90-minute comprehensive clinical session focused on assessment and care planning. During this visit, we’ll review your medical and nutrition history, current symptoms, and goals in greater depth. This session is used to establish individualized recommendations, outline a treatment plan, and begin ongoing nutrition counseling.
Follow-up Sessions
Follow-up sessions focus on continued support, collaboration, and skill-building. These appointments provide space to deepen work on previously identified goals, address challenges as they arise, and adapt care to your evolving needs.
Who We Are
VT EDC is an eating disorder–focused practice grounded in weight-inclusive care, harm reduction, and health equity. Founded and led by Michaela Wilson, MS, RD, CD, the practice brings together a collective of independently practicing, eating-disorder–informed providers.
This collaborative model is intentionally designed to offer patients access to a robust, multidisciplinary care team while also fostering connection, support, and professional community among providers.
